Internship ProgramCalder Foundation The Calder Foundation offers an excellent opportunity for students of art history and arts administration to receive a varied, hands-on experience in the day-to-day operation of an artist foundation, while gaining an introduction to many facets of the art world. The Calder Foundation is charged with several major goals, including organizing and maintaining an extensive archive, collaborating with institutions and curators on publications and exhibitions, and documenting all works attributed to the artist. Interns will focus on one or more archival projects, such as the organization of reference materials or research involving our vast collection of historic exhibitions and publications. The internship is open to all undergraduates. Applicants must be mature, detail-oriented, analytic, and possess strong visual and research skills. Knowledge of French and a familiarity with Mac OS are beneficial. The internship requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours/week for 8 weeks. The internship is unpaid.
