Owners of works attributed to Alexander Calder may apply to register their works in the archive by completing an Application for Registration. In addition to the Application, we also ask that owners provide copies of letters, invoices and other documents and information pertinent to the work. All submitted materials become the property of the Foundation.

The Foundation registers works at its sole discretion. The submission of an Application for Registration does not guarantee the work will be accepted for registration. The Foundation does not provide information or an opinion based on an Application for Registration. Additionally, the Foundation does not assist with appraisals or valuations.

Owners of works requesting information from the Foundation may apply for an examination of the work. For further information on requesting an examination please refer to Examinations.
